    Our
    story

Gold signet ring on a textured green velvet surface showing its unique design

Rest of World was born one afternoon in the hushed galleries of a London museum — crystallised by the quiet endurance of unassuming artefacts. Objects of permanence that carry beauty and meaning forward, growing richer with time.

    Our
    ETHOS

We are an intimate fine jewellery studio based in London, guided by the belief that what we create should outlive us — pieces made for generations, not collections. Each work is designed as a modern heirloom, carrying memory and intention, connecting time, maker, and wearer through enduring form and quiet craft.
In an age of speed, we choose slowness.
Every artefact is imagined in London and brought to life across the UK by a close circle of independent artisans — guided by experience, care, and patience.
Our process is sustained by a cherished network of suppliers who share our values, sourcing recycled precious metals and responsibly mined stones with integrity. These relationships form the quiet foundation of our practice — human connections that keep us grounded through every stage of creation.
The result is a series of timeless artefacts inspired by the textures of London — its museums and galleries, its bold geometry, and its layered cultural legacy — as well as the half-forgotten treasures discovered in the city’s vintage markets. Heirloom-quality chains, signet rings, and statement pieces — once imagined as lost or rediscovered — are reinterpreted with contemporary precision and feeling. Enduring creations, made to be worn, loved, and passed on.

    The
    founders

Our story began with a quiet realisation in the hushed halls of the British Museum — surrounded by objects made to endure, to hold memory across centuries. That moment shaped how we see our own work: jewellery not as decoration, but as a continuation of the human instinct to create something lasting.
The studio was founded by Zac Holdsworth, a fine jewellery specialist with more than a decade spent curating and trading exceptional pieces within London’s jewellery world, and Antonio Morteo, an industrial designer devoted to slow production and materiality grounded in purpose.
Together, we’ve built a study in endurance — a practice devoted to permanence, and to materials crafted across the UK yet carrying origins from the rest of the world.
