All our stones are 100% natural. We’re talking proper, honest-to-goodness gems straight from the earth. Of course, this also means they are precious and can throw a proper tantrum if you're not careful with them. Handle with care.
We also offer lab-grown diamonds and gemstones for bespoke or made-to-order pieces. Contact us to explore these options.
We work in 9ct and 18ct gold, hypoallergenic alloys ideal for sensitive skin. These metals offer rich, lasting colour and exceptional everyday durability. Alternative alloys are available upon request through our concierge services.
Our pieces feature a high-polish finish unless otherwise specified. Occasional polishing by a skilled local jeweller will maintain this pristine appearance.
Over time, subtle hairline marks naturally develop, giving your jewellery a softened patina—the gentle character that transforms pieces into treasured heirlooms.
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
Use warm soapy water and a soft brush for gentle cleaning.
Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or ultrasonic cleaners.

Fig 2. We provide a comprehensive warranty for the first year of ownership. Contact our team for detailed care guidance and service information for your piece.
We absolutely stand by our work and are genuinely proud of the craftsmanship that goes into every piece.
All jewellery purchased directly from us is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a defect, please do not wear it and contact us immediately. We will arrange an inspection, and this warranty covers any repairs required due to material or craftsmanship issues for the first year of ownership.
Please note: this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear from being loved and worn daily.
A quick heads-up: if another jeweller has worked on your piece, the warranty will no longer be valid. This ensures we only guarantee work we have created ourselves.
If damage isn’t covered, don’t worry—we’re still happy to restore your piece for a reasonable fee. We can also resize or alter pieces on a case-by-case basis. You’ll receive a detailed quote based on the work required, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility both ways.
Our repair services start at £50. Once we’ve assessed your piece, we’ll provide a realistic timeline for returning it to its sparkling best.

Our warranty and maintenance services apply only to the original purchaser (or their partner) of the jewellery purchased directly from us. If the piece was bought as a gift for a friend, family member, or partner, please get in touch for guidance on coverage and servicing.
Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain timely repairs or maintain the integrity of your piece is not covered. Examples include, but are not limited to:
Scratches, nicks, and dents — these are natural on precious metals and are not considered defects.
Exposure to unreasonable force, harmful conditions, or improper wear/care — this includes improper storage and situations where wear has caused damage, such as loss of a stone.
Continued wear on a bent or damaged claw/mount — worn prongs can increase the risk of stones falling out. It is the wearer’s responsibility to notify us if prongs need reinforcement.
Stone loss or chipping caused by normal wear, impact, or accidents.
Warping of the mount or setting due to substantial impact.
Discolouration from exposure to chemicals such as cleaning products, cosmetics, chlorine from swimming pools, or hot tubs.
The warranty does not cover replacement of a centre stone.
It also does not cover damage from normal wear, loss of the jewellery, lost stones, or theft.
For additional protection, we recommend obtaining insurance for your jewellery.
