    Jewellery Care, Warranty & Repairs

    Stones

All our stones are 100% natural and ethically sourced, genuine treasures formed deep within the earth. Their natural beauty also makes them precious and deserving of mindful care, so we recommend handling them gently.

For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, we also offer lab-grown diamonds and gemstones. Please contact through our concierge page to explore these options.

    Metals

We work primarily in 9ct recycled gold and recycled sterling silver, with 14ct and 18ct gold available upon request. All our metals are crafted from hypoallergenic alloys, ideal for sensitive skin. They offer rich, lasting colour and exceptional everyday durability.

Alternative alloys are available upon request through our concierge page.

    Chains

We source our chains and selected components from esteemed Italian manufacturers who work with the finest materials and precious metals. Each finished piece is then carefully crafted and assembled in the UK.

    Scratches & Patina

Our pieces feature a range of finishes, shaped through intuitive experimentation and careful handwork.

Occasional polishing by a skilled local jeweller will help maintain the surface of your piece. Over time, subtle hairline marks will naturally appear, softening the finish and forming a patina—the quiet character that allows jewellery to become a treasured heirloom.

    Cleaning Your Piece

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

    1. Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush for gentle cleaning.
    2. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
    3. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or ultrasonic cleaners.

    Warranty & Repairs

We provide a comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Our team is always available for care guidance and service advice tailored to your piece.

We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of every item we create.

All jewellery purchased directly from us is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. If you believe your piece has a defect, please stop wearing it and contact us immediately. We will arrange an inspection, and if the issue is due to materials or craftsmanship, any required repairs will be fully covered under our one-year warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or natural wear and tear from everyday use.

For your peace of mind, please be aware that the warranty becomes void if another jeweller alters, adjusts, or repairs your piece. This ensures we can guarantee the integrity and quality of the work we have completed ourselves.

    Repairs Outside Warranty

If damage isn’t covered, don’t worry—we’re still happy to restore your piece for a reasonable fee. We can also resize or alter pieces on a case-by-case basis. You’ll receive a detailed quote based on the work required, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility both ways.

    Pricing & Timeline

Our repair services start at £50. Once we’ve assessed your piece, we’ll provide a realistic timeline for returning it to its sparkling best.

    Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty and maintenance services apply only to the original purchaser (or their partner) of the jewellery purchased directly from us. If the piece was bought as a gift for a friend, family member, or partner, please get in touch for guidance on coverage and servicing.

Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain timely repairs or maintain the integrity of your piece is not covered. Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Scratches, nicks, and dents — these are natural on precious metals and are not considered defects.

    • Exposure to unreasonable force, harmful conditions, or improper wear/care — this includes improper storage and situations where wear has caused damage, such as loss of a stone.

    • Continued wear on a bent or damaged claw/mount — worn prongs can increase the risk of stones falling out. It is the wearer’s responsibility to notify us if prongs need reinforcement.

    • Stone loss or chipping caused by normal wear, impact, or accidents.

    • Warping of the mount or setting due to substantial impact.

    • Discolouration from exposure to chemicals such as cleaning products, cosmetics, chlorine from swimming pools, or hot tubs.

    Important Notes:

    • The warranty does not cover replacement of a centre stone.

    • It also does not cover damage from normal wear, loss of the jewellery, lost stones, or theft.

    • For additional protection, we recommend obtaining insurance for your jewellery.
